3. Equally we are dependent on our applicant's honesty in the content of their CV's when applying for any post advertised within our web sites and therefore we cannot accept any liability for any misrepresentations of their experience etc., presented to recruiters.

4. We in turn will do everything possible to ensure confidentiality of both Recruiters and Applicants during the recruitment process.

5. We cannot accept any financial or other liabilities for any actions we take at any time for you or on your behalf.

6. By accepting our Terms and conditions the candidate or recruiter accepts the material presented at their own risk.

7. No liability is accepted for material downloaded from this site in any form. All downloads are entirely at the users own risk. Either through the transfer of viruses and corrupt files etc, You in turn should make every effort to have the necessary fire walls etc., in place to avoid such losses.
