Senior Manager Training & Education Strategy ? Brussels ? PERMANENT

One of the world?s leading Pharmaceutical Company is currently looking for a Senior Manager Training & Education Strategy to.lead and manage the Education and Training Strategy team within the Clinical division (+/- 7 people) providing the Training & Education Strategy in-line with the Regulatory requirements (ICH-GXP/Federal/Local) and the Corporate Standards.

Main Responsibilities:

? Lead, drive and implement projects to deliver simple and effective Good Practices training programmes for staff and senior managers to support quality & compliance strategies.

? Develop and implement an effective & coherent strategy to achieve departmental objectives.

? Ensure Business inputs into the corporate training strategy, harmonizing while maintaining Business needs.

? Develop and maintain long term and efficient partnership with existing corporate structure in order to seek full alignment training plans across the company.

? Establish and maintain robust training programmes to educate staff by ensuring consistent & high standard of Good Practices

? Present and defend the Education and Training Strategy system elements during audits or regulatory inspections

Qualification:

1. Preferably a University degree in Sciences. Experience in the biological/pharmacy/health sciences areas is definitely a plus.

2. Proven skills in coordination of training & education activities and direct training. Experienced at delivering training

3. Highly developed leadership and management skills as well as teamwork skills

4. Good understanding and knowledge of international Good Practices guidelines (i.e., International Conference on Harmonization and Good Clinical Practice), Company and Corporate objectives, goals and values

5. Strong negotiation skills to ensure senior management endorse all projects.

6. Proven presentation and consultancy skills with experience in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive education programs. Demonstrate creativity and innovation

7. Able to negotiate and manage financial resources and to bring budgets in on target.

8. Demonstrate strategic skills, as well as strong planning, organizational and influencing skills.

9. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English in both spoken and written form. French can be an asset

10. European citizen
